I grew up in sunny southern California, Palos Verdes Estates. At 18, I moved to Big Sky, Montana to ski every day and waitress at night.  After 2 winters, I moved to the Mendocino coast, where I managed horse farms, vacation homes and rentals, grew organic veggies, sold fancy garnishes to gourmet restaurants, became a California licensed landscape contractor, worked as a dental assistant for a semi-retired dentist, sport fished galore, owned a commercial crab boat, worked in restaurants, pursued riding horses, raised chickens and wild turkeys.
After 15 years, I moved onto Carmel Valley to pursue my equestrian passion of dressage.  I worked several years for a Lipizzaner breeder and FEI dressage traine.r.  At that time, I also pursued studies in Equine Body Working with Equinology and became a certified Master Equine Body Worker(and people too)
I worked on many competition horses: Dressage, Endurance, Hunter/Jumpers and pleasure horses.  A few highlights was working at the Tevis 100 mile race, FEI World Championship 100 mile race for the Australian Team, USDF/CDS annual show. My horse Spirit and I had successfully showed to 3rd level and schooled to FEI level.. In addition, I have been to Europe 3 times and Lipizzaner horses/venues were included in each visit.
In 2000, I went to technical school, and entered the Information Technology (IT) corporate world for 12 plus years for various sectors in the business world.
In between then I took a 2 year break and was a resident manager of a 60 plus horse member owned equestrian facility in Lake Oswego Oregon.
I moved back to Northern California and continued in the IT world.  I eventually ended up residing in Butte County.
In 2010, I founded an outdoor meetup group in Butte County.  Thus far we have
had 800 events.  It is wonderful to see lifelong memories made and friendships happen.
In addition, my passion for the outdoors extends to whitewater kayaking..  Because of my outdoor interests, I am certified in CPR, Wilderness First Aid and have completed Swift water river rescue training.

As I embark on this new path to live my life to it's fullest, I am super excited to bring some of my awesome talents your way....
